1. Shall provide Gigabit Ethernet connection to leverage existing wireless network infrastructure for the connection of personal devices along with wired HDMI connection to enable BYOD content presentation on a shared display or displays
   1. Content sharing from Microsoft Windows® and macOS® computers as well as Apple® and Android® smartphones, and tablets
   2. Digital video input requirements
      1. Shall provide one (1) HDMI Type A connector for digital video signals with embedded audio
         1. Shall support 640x480 @ 60 Hz to 4096x2160 @ 60 Hz, (Pass-through mode)

   6. USB connection requirements
      1. Device shall support USB 3.2, 2.0, or 1.1 standards
      2. Device shall support data transfer rates up to 5 Gbps

            4. Shall provide dual Gigabit Ethernet connections to support high-speed data links to networks and other network resources

      5. Shall provide SNMP support to allow remote health monitoring of network-attached devices
   7. Control requirements
      1. Shall support remote access via a web browser for monitoring unit and firmware updates
      2. Shall provide one (1) 3.5 mm captive screw connector for display control
      3. Shall provide two (2) 3.5 mm captive screw connectors for digital input connections
      4. Shall provide one IR/Serial port on a captive screw connector located on the back of the expansion interface. This port shall allow the transmission of IR signals (using an IR emitter) or unidirectional RS-232 communications for control of AV system components.
      5. Shall provide an Ethernet-enabled expansion interface for the purpose of remotely controlling and monitoring connected AV equipment and AV systems.
      6. Shall provide a collaboration mode that enables any attendee to display content from a personal device and control the presentation
      7. Shall provide a moderator mode for single-point control to ensure only approved content is displayed
      8. Shall support use of security codes to authenticate users and prevent unintentional display of content within adjacent spaces

   8. Functional requirements
      1. Shall provide screen display of content from a single personal device or simultaneous display of up to four windows of multiple devices on a single display or dual displays
      2. Shall enable presentation of content from an Apple® iOS® or Android® smartphone or tablet via a wireless or wired Ethernet network connection via the Extron ShareLink Pro app
      3. Shall enable presentation of content from a Windows® or Apple® macOS® computer via a wireless or wired network connection
      4. Shall support iOS mirroring of Apple smartphones and tablets from the iPad or iPhone Control Center
      5. Shall enable the presentation of application windows, documents and images using software app
      6. Shall provide WebShare™ technology to enable attendees to share content from personal computers or laptops via a wireless connection and Chrome browser
      7. Shall support WebView to enable attendees to view slide images on personal devices via a wireless connection and a Web browser
      8. Shall include Video Screen Saver functionality that can be set to automatically mute video and sync output to the display device when no active connections are detected
      9. Shall enable wireless connection to USB room cameras, microphones, or other devices for use in UC meetings to share with remote participants
      10. Device shall support the addition of an Extron LinkLicense®.
   9. Power requirements
      1. Shall be equipped with an external, universal AC power supply capable of supporting 100 - 240 VAC, 50/60 Hz power
      2. Shall be PoE IEEE 802.3at (PoE+), class 4 (type 2), compliant
   10. Data Encryption
       1. Shall support minimum 128-bit Data Encryption to ensure that content sent between a personal computer and ShareLink Pro is fully encrypted and secure
   11. General requirements
       1. Shall support the use of HDMI to DVI-D cables or adapters for DVI-D signals
       2. Shall provide an LED indicator on the front panel for visual indication of power
       3. Shall have a 1” (2.5 cm) high, half rack width metal enclosure
       4. Shall be rack mountable with optional rack shelf
       5. Shall be furniture or wall mountable with optional mounting kits
       6. Shall meet regulatory compliance
          1. CE, c-UL, UL
          2. CE, c-UL, UL, C-tick, FCC Class A, ICES, VCCI
          3. Appropriate requirements of RoHS, WEEE
       7. Shall provide at least three years parts and labor warranty
       8. Approved device shall be the Extron ShareLink Pro 2500 (60-1970-01); no alternates or equals.
