1. Provide an HDMI wallplate twisted pair transmitter that shall support the distribution of HDMI over a shielded CATx cable
   1. One-gang decorator-style wallplate transmitter for the extension of HDMI
   2. Video Input Requirements
      1. Shall provide one (1) HDMI input for digital video signals with or without embedded audio
         1. Supported HDMI 2.0 specifications include data rates up to 18 Gbps, Deep Color up to 12-bit, 3D, and HD lossless audio formats
   3. Audio Input Requirements
      1. Shall support embedded digital audio on HDMI input
         1. Shall be compatible with a broad range of multi-channel audio signals, providing reliable operation with HDMI sources
   4. Interconnection Requirements
      1. Shall support interconnection between transmitter and receiver or DTP®-enabled products
         1. One RJ-45 twisted pair connection
         2. Shall be configurable for sending digital video and embedded audio to an HDBaseT-enabled display
   5. Transmission Requirements
      1. Shall provide signal transmission distance capability of 330 feet (100 meters) for all supported video resolutions using a shielded CATx cable
      2. Shall support HDMI over a single shielded CATx cable
      3. Shall support EDID and HDCP transmissions
      4. Shall actively buffer DDC channels
   6. Resolution Requirements
      1. Shall support computer and video resolutions up to 4K/60 at 4:4:4 chroma sampling
   7. Audio Requirements
      1. Shall support multiple embedded audio formats
      2. Shall support embedded HD lossless audio formats
   8. EDID Requirements
      1. Shall support EDID pass-through
   9. HDCP Requirements
      1. Shall be HDCP 2.3 compliant with backward compatibility for earlier HDCP versions
      2. Shall support HDCP pass-through
   10. Power Requirements
       1. Shall accept remote power from a DTP2-enabled product
       2. Shall accept local power
       3. Shall provide DIP switch for selection to provide power to a connected DTP2 receiver
   11. General Requirements
       1. Shall include a USB configuration port on the rear panel for data access and firmware updates
       2. Shall be compatible with CATx shielded twisted pair cable, and Extron XTP DTP 24 shielded twisted pair cable
       3. Shall provide visual indication of signal presence and power status on front of wallplate
       4. Shall meet regulatory compliances
          1. CE, c-UL, UL
          2. CE, C-tick, FCC Class A, ICES, VCCI, KCC
          3. Appropriate requirements of RoHS and WEEE
          4. UL-rated for use in plenum airspaces; meets UL 2043 for heat and smoke release, excluding the power supply
       5. Shall provide at least three (3) years parts and labor warranty
       6. Shall be compatible with other DTP-enabled products
