The VoiceLift® Pro Microphone System represents the next generation of classroom voice amplification technology. It uses wireless technology, employing digital transmission and pairing in a dedicated spectrum to provide dependable performance. Benefits include superior sound quality, reliable and long-range transmission, as well as reduced interference. Each system contains all the components necessary to evenly distribute the teacher's voice throughout the classroom, including wireless microphone, receiver, PVCA 452 Controller Amplifier, speakers, mounting hardware, and cables.

Advanced Wireless Technology

The VoiceLift Pro Microphone is based on an industry standard radio frequency technology operating in a spectrum reserved exclusively for voice communications. This technology is not susceptible to environmental factors, such as windows, sunlight, and fluorescent lighting, that create problems for infrared systems.

Upgradeable to a Complete PlenumVault Direct View AV System

At the heart of each system is the Extron PVCA 452 controller amplifier that allows the system to be upgraded to an easy-to-use AV and control system. Simply add a display, input wallplates, and a user interface to create a completely integrated system that supports video sources, voice amplification, and intuitive control.

Flat Field Speakers

VoiceLift Pro Microphone Systems include Extron FF 120 full-range Flat Field® speakers. Extron’s patented Flat Field Technology reduces beaming of mid and high frequencies, delivering consistent sound levels across the listening area to each student. The speakers also offer an extraordinarily wide dispersion of 170 degrees, allowing each speaker to cover a larger area and reducing the number required in a standard classroom.

Flexible Mounting Options

Flexible mounting options are available to fit any room design. The unique WMK 160 wall mount kit securely mounts and conceals critical components to a wall, protecting them from tampering and theft. The PVM 220 PlenumVault® Mounting Kit mounts system components in the plenum space above a suspended ceiling. Additionally, the ZipClip® 400 mounting option enables installation behind flat panel displays.

Complete System

VoiceLift Pro Microphone Systems are standalone classroom voice amplification solutions. VLS systems include the following core components. The VLS 3002, VLS 3002W, and VLS 3002P add a second pendant microphone while the VLS 3002H, VLS 3002HW, and VLS 3002HP add a VLH 302 handheld microphone.

Powerful, integrated 50 watt, two-channel amplifier — Outputs 50 watts, 25 watts rms per channel, at either 4 or 8 ohm speaker connections. This allows for a streamlined installation and plenty of power to drive speakers to fill typical-size classrooms with full, rich sound.

Audio input mixing — The PVCA 452 can mix multiple audio sources. This includes voice reinforcement audio from the VLR 302 VoiceLift Pro microphone system and program audio from analog and digital sources. Program audio can be connected via TOSLINK optical fiber, HDMI ARC, and auxiliary line audio. Instructors can narrate over AV lesson presentations, add music, and perform other sophisticated audio management to make AV lessons more engaging and relevant.

Receive program audio from the display over HDMI cable using ARC - Audio Return Channel — ARC allows transfer of audio from the flat panel display back to the PVCA 452 using the HDMI connection. This enables users to play audio through the Extron-exclusive patented Flat Field® speakers in the system rather than the flat panel display's speakers, provides additional flexibility in audio support, and facilitates the system's adaptability to evolving needs.
