Space requirements

Small rooms with videoconferencing capability enable internal collaboration among 3 to 5 people with remote team members at different locations. This system utilizes the Poly GC8 and HP Mini Conferencing PC with Microsoft Teams Rooms, enabling meeting attendees to use the full range of Microsoft^® Teams Rooms System conferencing features. This system provides convenient HDMI connectivity at the table. Cable management and AC power provide easy accessibility. A Poly Studio USB Camera is mounted below the display. AV signals are sent from the Poly GC8 Controller through the HP Mini Conferencing PC and Extron HD CTL 100 Workspace Controller to the display, enabling automatic display control. The TLS 725M provides room scheduling capabilities with on-demand reservations from the touchpanel, computer, or any smartphone or tablet. When coupled with the OCS 100C, room automation is provided by releasing rooms with no-shows.

Space requirements

Meeting rooms accommodate 6 to 10 people. They are designed for content sharing and collaboration with minimal setup and configuration. This system supports connections for two HDMI sources. The occupancy sensor works with the HC 404 to automatically power up the display and turn on the lights and shades when the room is occupied. Each source can be easily selected using the Show Me buttons, and minimal user interaction is required to operate the system. Cable management and AC power provide easy accessibility. AV signals are switched to a single flat panel display. The TLS 725M provides room scheduling capabilities with on-demand reservations from the touchpanel, computer, or any smartphone or tablet. When coupled with the OCS 100C, room automation is provided by releasing rooms with no-shows.

This system supports connection of three HDMI sources and one DisplayPort source at the table. It includes dual displays, touchpanel control, a HP Mini Conferencing PC for soft codec video conferencing as well as cable and AC power management. The room size requires an audio system with full-range, ceiling mounted speakers for sound reinforcement. The TLS 725M provides room scheduling capabilities with on-demand reservations from the touchpanel, computer, or any smartphone or tablet. When coupled with the OCS 100C, room automation is provided by releasing rooms with no-shows.

This system utilizes the Poly Studio X30 Video Bar and Poly TC10 touch interface, enabling meeting attendees to use the full range of conferencing features while having access to AV control from the same interface. A Poly Studio X30 is mounted below the display. Control signals are sent from the Poly Studio X30 and Poly TC10 through an Extron IPCP Pro 250 xi Control Processor to automate lighting, shades and display.
